The hotel exterior resembles a cheap motel!!! Shower head not flexible, causing water to spray onto the curtain!!! Only one electric outlet bedside is really inconvenient!!! Room condition shows wear. improvements needed!!!

Recommend it for groups on a budget
We had an amazing time! The location was awesome for accessing downtown, just a quick drive across the river. The staff were friendly and super helpful We also enjoyed the picnic tables where the views of the city were beautiful when we took our drinks outside!
It wasn’t the cheapest place we found around, but still acceptable for what we got.

The King Room provided a clean and spacious setting, making it easy to relax. Free coffee in the cafeteria was a nice touch, along with the convenience of onsite laundry facilities. However, the second bed was less comfortable than the main one, and some small appliances could have been better. We regretted leaving clothing behind, and the shipping cost to retrieve it was unexpectedly high.

n hotel quebec is a fantastic choice! the superior king room was really comfortable with a ton of extra pillows. it's only 10 minutes from the falls which was a bonus. the staff was super friendly and so helpful, making our stay even better. we loved the quality of the free soap and shampoo, too!
